ORDERS POLICY:
The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute KidsCollectionFurniture.com's acceptance of the order. KidsCollectionFurniture.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.
Return Policy:
No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY:
All personal and company / business information is for our own use, to help us better service our customers. KCKidsFurniture.com does not release any customer information to any other party.
E-Mail Lists:
Anyone may subscribe to our mailing list by either purchasing an item, or requesting subscription via email. KidsCollectionFurniture.com will occasionally send e-mail to our customers to inform them of sales, special offers or other relevant news concerning our website. We do not send unsolicited "spam" mail to anyone on our customer list. Anyone may unsubscribe to this list by using the "unsubscribe" option at the opt-in list signup location, or by clicking the opt-out link on the footer of one of the mailings.

- PLACING AN ORDER:
- Orders can be placed by e-mailing us, info@kidscollectionfurniture.com, the items you would be interested in, or calling, 330-893-4122, us directly. If you would be an out-of-state customer, we will contact you with a SHIPPING amount. All payments can be taken over the phone by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discovery, or American Express), or payment can be made by check sent though the mail. (Order would be placed AFTER the check is received) A minimum of half down is required at the time the order is placed.
- ORDER STATUS:
- Order status may be checked by Contacting Us. Or by Tel: 330-893-4122.
- CANCELING AN ORDER:
- We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by e-mailing us at info @ kidscollectionfurniture.com. Absolutely No cancellations on furniture orders after 3 days. Or by Tel: 330-893-4122.
- Shipping:
- KidsCollectionFurniture.com ships via Pack Ship USA. LTL Companies, & Independant Delivery Specialists. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email or call you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. KidsCollectinoFurniture.com does not deliver on Sunday or national U.S. holidays. KidsCollectionFurniture.com does not deliver to post office boxes except in the case of shipments to military bases.
Certain items may be backordered, may experience some delays in shipping. Furniture is 10-12 weeks for shipping. - Customer Pick-up: All furniture arrives at our stores unpackaged. The customer is responsible for supplying materials needed to protect and secure furniture (blankets, tie-downs and rope etc.) during transport. Note: Non-Ohio residents that choose this option will be charged a 6.5% Ohio Sales Tax.
Flat Rate Delivery: Flat-Rate Delivery- This delivery option is offered through a local service at the cost of $2.25 per loaded mile and $25.00 for in home set up. This option is available to the first 48 Continental United States only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We are also a BROKER for shipments in Canada.

- Payment:
- KidsCollectionFurniture.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discovery, and American Express. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. KidsCollectionFurniture.com also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.
- Sales Tax:
- There is a 6.5% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.
